A few people have had trouble locating Christy’s memorial account at Wells Fargo. Please be sure to give them the entire name, “The Christy Betancourt Memorial Fund.” If they need to verify this account, you can either give them the last four digits of the account... 5498 or the city we live in which is Rocklin. This should work, so sorry if there have been any mix-ups. We are calling Wells Fargo in the morning to make sure that the account is easily accessible. i was able to put money into the account today. make sure you say THE Christy Betancourt Memorial Fund, because without "the" they were having trouble finding it in the computer. but the manager was very helpful and they were able to successfully locate it. this was at the wells fargo on park by cal fit.

ReplyDeleteI am Zenaida's friend in Colorado. Losing a child is the most devastating, painful, heart-breaking loss there is . . . . I know. There are no words to describe your own pain and no adequate words of comfort. Being constantly surrounded by loving support is necessary and helps, but NOTHING diminishes the pain. Your daughter was so beautiful here on earth and now is a beautiful angel - which doesn't make it o.k. - you want her HERE, with you! But I will pass on to you something that a very wise woman shared with me: You, as Christy's parents, have taken care of her all these years. Now it is her turn to take care of you.
