In memory of Christy
To all the dear souls that have shared in this journey, we appreciate all the love and special memories that you have shared with us. We are hoping to plan a remembrance get-together for Christy in July..She would have turned 20 on July 15th. It is a great comfort to us to know how many people think of her and keep her close to their hearts...

ReplyDeleteFather's Day weekend has just passed. I can only imagine how much your family missed you. Not a day goes by that I do not think about you or your family. I know you are in a better place but you are missed so much here. I keep wishing I could see you sitting on my front porch. Your birthday is around the corner and I keep trying to think of ways to celebrate your life. They always say of we could have just one more day. I know that everyone that loves you wishes for one more day. We will always remember and carry of love for you in our hearts. I hope you are planning a celebration in heaven for your birthday. ReplyDeleteWell today is your 20th birthday. Your childhood friends, family friends, Starbucks friends, Austin, Tim, Emmy, your Mom and I were all at Park at Park for sunrise. The sun was sure bright but it was a perfect representation of your energy and love of live. As you watch over all of us from above I know you can see the love that everyone has in their hearts for you. I still wish I could figure out how heaven works with us mortals down here. If there is a way to let your presence be known please fly down here as a bee and sting your Mom today. She needs to know you are okay and feel you. (Sorry Anna but I do not know how else to ask her to let you know she is here.)
It has been a short 5 months since you left us. Everyone that wants to celebrate your life knows that it has to be by some sort of activity such as an outdoor hike, dancing, group gathering. You were always the life in the room. You are missed so much. I walked out my front door this morning to go to see the sunrise and wished I could see you on the porch. By the way I do not recall you and Austin being up unless you had to work at the hour of 5 AM. Shows how special you are to so many.
I know you have many friends in your new world and God has a greater purpose for you but we still wish you were here with us.
I am headed to Capitola this weekend and I will look for you high above the ocean.
